HR Consultants Roles & Responsibilities

Step-1: We will send job profile of different companies to you. You have to read, understand the type of job manpower requirement, and then find keywords/skills required for the specific JD. For list of vacancies click here:

Step-2: According to the job requirement or on the basis of skills you have find the right CVs (we will give you access to online job portal/ data base to shortlist the candidate) form Job portal like Naukri/Times/Shine/LinkedIn or Internal Data Base. Also you have to do the job posting on social media like LinkedIn or Facebook or Job Portals (Don't disclose the company name while posting job anywhere.

Let, once you found the right CV then you need to call and take pre-screening interview of the job seekers/candidates and check their eligibility/suitability in accordance to the parameter given by the company's job description (JD) and if you think that candaite's profile is suitable and ready to change the job must fill the job application form:

Step-3: Email the job profile/description to the job seeker, collect CV, fill the online Job Seeker Application Form, using above link, and forward to us on

Once online application form and CV of your shared candidate received then again our backend team recheck the eligibility criterion and will be process for Telephonic Discussion with concerned HR. or if CV sound good then you will be acknowledge and have to call and send the job seeker for interview with concerned HR Company

Step-4: Before sending them for interview, you need to check that they have gone through the job profile and willing to appear for interview?

Step-5: After interviews, you need to take feedback from candidates about the interview process.

Step-6: You need to send us the Interview Tracker -list of candidates in prescribed MS Excel data sheet on previous day of interview.


1. This is home based work and not a part time assignment of weekend or 2-3 hrs of work. Hence applicant must be ready to work 6 days in a week for at least 4-6 hr per day (anytime in a day)

3. Selected candidates have to devote at least 4-8 hours from their home on this work.

4. People, who do not have any experience in similar field, can also apply as online training will be provided.

5. Candidate must have internet, Computer at home.

Our Commitment & General Terms

We would like to offer you to work as HR RECRUITER (Work from Home/Office/University/College) with 3D India Staffing Research & Consulting Co India, if you will accept the following terms.

1. Applicant has to work for at least 4-6 hrs in day and he/she has to submit 12-15 profiles every day.

2. Recruiter has to work for at least 6 month; in special case if recruiter wants to increase or decrease the internship duration they must take written approval from his/her reporting manger or HR.


3. As this work is online hence every applicant must have his/her own internet enabled laptop/ computer with Smartphone.


4. Every recruiter should be ready to take call/message/WhatsApp message or call as and when required by our HR/manager.


5. All the hired applicant will be on paid internship amount as mutually discussed, which is performance linked, and must have to achieve at least 25% of total assigned target.


6. All the recruiter should be ready to work under pressure/ on tight schedule / on high priority positions?


7. All the recruiters /researchers/counselors should be ready to make cold call / take screening interview of the job seekers over Telephone/Skype, as and when required?


8. No recruiter will handover his/her responsibility to any third party /friends/colleague, until and unless not get approval from his/her manager/HR.


9. No Recruiter will share the login credentials /password / company or client information to anyone without prior permission.


10. The Intern will receive his /her formal offer letter after at least one successful selection/joining of the candidate(s) or after successful completion of 30 day


11. Recruiters should be ready to handle a team of 4-6 members or they should ready to build his/ her own team if assigned or asked to do so?


12. All the interns must be ready to work six days in a week (Monday to Sunday) or should be ready to work as per project requirements.


13. Recruiter has to represent himself/herself as HR RECRUITER/HR Consultant for 3D India Staffing Research & Consulting Co India on their social media profile like LinkedIn. In LinkedIn profile recruiter has to show current employer as "3D India Staffing Research & Consulting Co India" with designation as HR Recruiter.


Expectation from the Selected Recruiter

3D India Staffing Research & Consulting Co India (3D India Group: is expecting 9-10 selections per month from each recruiter. If he/she is working full time 6-8 hrs per day or 5-6 selections per month if he/she is working 4-5 hrs.

We expect a professional relation with their assigned manager /HR /intern coordinator; and they will communicate via email with marketing CC to hr.

Leave /holiday policy

In case a recruiter want to leave his/her internship or want leave for few days, during their internship duration he/she must acknowledge to their manager in writing; failing to do will lead to block his/her certificate and payments.


Productivity Measurement Criterion:

At 3D India Group, there is only one prodcutivity measurement criterion i.e Number of Selection / Number of Joining / Number of Offer Released in the month by the respective recruiter/recruitment consultant.


Salary/Stipend/Incentive/Bonus & Target Structure

Case 1:100%: 5 Joining: 10 K Fixed Salary + up to 30K Incentive+ Bonus

Case 2: 80%: 4 Joining: 10 K Fixed Salary + up to 20K Incentive+ Bonus

Case 3: 60%: 3 Joining: 10 K Fixed Salary + up to 10K Incentive+ Bonus

Case 4: 40%: 2 Joining: 10 K Fixed Salary + up to 05K Incentive+ Bonus

Case 5: 20%: 1 Joining: 10K, if offered CTC>10 LPA; 5K if CTC offered >5LPA; 2.5K if CTC offered <5LPA

Note: NO salary to the non-performer.


1. Full Time Employment Offer /Pre-Placement Job Offer

Consistent performer / HR Recruiter will be given Full Time Employment with 3D India Group at any of our India office – Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bhubneswar, Lucknow, Allahabad or UAE-DUBAI. On Full Time Employment Salary Offered: 2.4 LPA + Incentive & Bonus

2. FREE Flight Ticket/Holiday Coupon

Every month whoever will achieve their full target will be given Free Flight Ticket to Holiday destinations like Goa, Shimala, Hong Kong, Thailand, Bangkok, Singapore and Mauritius or any Indian Holiday destination.


All the selected recruiters will be given online product training and training schedule will announce after receiving the application forms. Mode of training will be audio conference. After training all the recruiter will assigned a reporting manager.



3D India Group, never ask for Cash or kind in favor of job/placement from the job seeker/candidates. Hence same is expected from the HR/Recruiter as well. If any recruiter found taking bribe either cash or kind, direct or indirect, will be blacklisted and will be terminated from services without any prior notice.
