Sourcing Guidelines:

1. Should be strong in Finance Transformation. (Minimum 10 to 15 projects)

2. Expertise in Towers like R2R, P2P, OTC. Domain experts basically in these areas specifically (Around 8 to 10 yrs)

3. Should have performed a client interfacing role – presales, solutioning with the customer, re-proposing solutions to them, winning deals etc.

4. Global experience is mandatory as this role deals with only internationals customers

5. Target companies – TCS, Genpact, IBM, Maersk

6. Certifications are not mandatory for this role

Job Summary

·        You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.
